John R. Crawford is a shareholder & attorney with Marks Gray, P.A. specializing in assisting clients with comprehensive lifetime financial planning; covering all aspects of managing and transferring personal financial resources using the strategic use of trusts, gifts, sales and wealth-transfer tools to maximize each client’s financial planning goals and minimize the impact of income, gift and real estate taxes. John has extensive experience in the complexities and challenges in areas of tax law affecting individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and tax-exempt organizations. The magnitude and complexity of state and federal taxation has increased in recent years, resulting in no investment, business activity or personal financial plan is complete without paying close attention to tax consequences.
John Crawford's practice includes substantial probate matters as well as formation and reorganization of business entities (including corporations, limited liability matters, and family limited partnerships) and the preparation of contracts, including mergers/acquisitions, and buy/sell agreements. John Crawford is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and all Florida and Georgia state courts.
